Our Returns/Refunds Policy
We ensure that our customers receive 100% satisfaction from our products and presentations are our first priority. You may return most items sold by Emily Diane Gunter DBA Gunter Development Enterprises within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of an item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
We are committed to giving you the best possible products and service. If any product or presentation purchased from Emily Diane Gunter DBA Gunter Development Enterprises is damaged or differs from the description given on the www.ritesofpassageonline.org website then we will be pleased to arrange a refund or replacement of the product or presentation.
All return requests must be reported to Emily Diane Gunter DBA Gunter Development Enterprises at www.ritesofpassageonline.org within 7 days of receipt of the product. The original item must be returned to Emily Diane Gunter DBA Gunter Development Enterprises in the same saleable condition.
Refunds or credits on returned items are applied to the original purchase price in the currency and payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item. You will receive an e-mail advising you that your refund has been processed and what amount has been credited back to your credit card.

GDE Shipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for
you based on the availability of your items. In stock items will be processed
within 2 business days.
Shipping must be to the person and address that are on file with the credit card issuer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. If there is any problem with the credit card that is used or the information was entered incorrectly you will be told that we are unable to authorize payment. You can then either enter a new credit card or make sure the information was entered correctly. If the credit card is still unable to be processed please contact your credit card company.
